Shipping policy

We use a print-on-demand partnering company, to fulfil our orders. Upon receipt of an order, this production partner will facilitate the printing and shipping of our products to you or the end customer. The company connects independent local printers in their global network, and based on the shipping address, they allocate the order to a local printer.

Delivery Timeframe

We will stipulate an estimated delivery time for your order. While we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered within the estimated timeframe, we shall not have any liability if the products are delivered later than expected. We will notify you of any substantial delays as soon as we become aware of them.

Shipping Methods

Products will be shipped by regular post unless otherwise agreed upon for each order. The distribution company reserves the right to choose another carrier or shipping method, provided that it offers similar delivery quality and time.

Risk of Loss

If tracked delivery is chosen, Gelato bears the risk of loss and damage to the products during transportation. If non-tracked delivery is chosen, the products will be deemed delivered and the title and risk of loss transferred to you upon delivery to any common carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not obliged to find the correct address for delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, and there are multiple residents at that address, we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver, but cannot guarantee the correct recipient. You are responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs fees, if applicable.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit due to the carrier, we will, at our discretion and subject to investigation, reship the order. Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking information indicates the order was delivered, we may not reship the order, and any replacement may be at your own cost.
